Explain organic and mineral acids with suitable examples.

Organic acids like citric acid, acetic acid can be processed by the body. The vitamin C is also an acid. The common organic acids are weak acids and are less corrosive. (Concentrated acids are corrosive).

Mineral acids also are much stronger than organic acids and will cause burns. They are mostly used in laboratories.
e.g: Sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid.
