Explain Perpendicular Bisector.

"Perpendicular bisector ": Perpendicular means any line which is at right angles with a given line is perpendicular. Bisector means which bisects the line.
So if you have a line segment AB and let us say P is the midpoint of AB, then a line drawn a perpendicular to AB passing through P is perpendicular bisector of line AB.
