Explain problems of educated unemployed youths in urban areas.

Problems of educated unemployed:
(i) Many youth with matriculation, graduation and post-graduation degrees are not able to find job.
(ii) Unemployment among graduate and post-graduate youths has increased faster than matriculates.
(iii) A paradoxical manpower situation is witnessed as surplus of manpower in certain categories co-exist with shortage of manpower in others.
(iv) There is unemployment among technically qualified persons on one hand while there is a dearth of technical skills.
