• After many amendments, our constitution has become lengthy with 24 chapters, 12 schedules, and 450 Articles.

Parliamentary Form of Government

• The sovereign power of the nation is vested in the elected Parliament.
• The Executive is responsible to Legislature at the Union and State levels.

Federal System

• Administrative powers are shared by the Union and State Governments.
