• One such service is disposal of waste water coming from sewage pipes. The water from sewage pipes are treated in the sewage treatment plants.

Sewage treatment plant:

• Sewage treatment plants are the place where the water from the sewage pipes are taken and treated before releasing them in the water bodies.
• There are a series of special screens through which the water moves. These screens help get rid of solid wastes gradually.
• Solid wastes so removed can be dumped and converted into manure used by the farmers.
• And the water which was being treated is now ready to be released into various water bodies for reuse.
