Green procurement is purchasing of goods that causes minimal adverse environmental impact. It can be achieved by following

Organisational support: support has to be extended from various organisations to achieve this target.

Say no to disposable products: Instead of using disposable commodities like plastic bags we can use jute or cotton bags to carry things. Refilling methods are being employed to reuse bottles for example refilling of liquid hand washes, dish wash liquids etc.

Set goals: this has to be viewed in a broad perspective and goals are to be set and necessary steps are to be taken to achieve them.

Self-evaluation: one should be ready to answer his/her own consciousness.
