Explain the concept of rain-man problem in relative velocity.

Rain-man problem

${\overrightarrow{V}}_{rm}$ = Velocity of rain w.r.t man
$\overrightarrow{V_r}$=Velocity of rain w.r.t ground
$\overrightarrow{V_m}$= Velocity of man w.r.t ground
Applying the concept of relative velocity,
$\overrightarrow{V_r}={\overrightarrow{V}}_{rm}+\overrightarrow{V_m}$
i.e., $\overrightarrow{V_r}$ is vector addition of $\overrightarrow{V_{rm}}+\overrightarrow{V_m}$
Now, depending on the velocity of the man, $\overrightarrow{V_m}$ and ${\overrightarrow{V}}_{rm}$ can change, but the sum of these two vectors will be equal to $\overrightarrow{V_r}$.
