Solution

Dear Student
In gaseous state electrons are bound to atom.
In plasma state electrons are not bound to atom. It consists of positively(ions) and negatively charged particles(electrons) where electrons are free to move about anywhere in the state.
In gaseous state the particles have less energy as compared to the particles of plasma state.
Also plasma state exists at higher temperatures than gaseous state.
