Solution
Dear student,
Viviparous animals are those animals which give birth to their young one while the oviparous lay eggs.
In viviparous, the development takes place inside the mother while the development takes place inside eggs in oviparous.
The developing animal draws nutrition from the mother's body in viviparous while oviparous draw nutrition from the egg.
The placenta is formed in the viviparous animals while not in oviparous.
The chances of survival are more in viviparous than oviparous.
Fertilization may take place outside the body in oviparous while it is not possible naturally in the viviparous.
The mammary glands are usually not found in oviparous animals while they are found in the viviparous
