Explain the feature of fair trial

Dear student A fair trial is the one that preserves the ethos of equality and justice. A fair trial ensures that the guilty gets punishment only according to the scale of the crime and nothing else. On the other hand, it also ensures that nobody is punished simply because they belong to the marginalized sections of society. Here impartial judge gives the judgments. It is the means of giving justice to the defendant in a fair way. Here process is regular,and defendant is afforded his rights under rules and laws. Regards
