Solution

Carbonic acid is a dibasic acid. Thus, it has two replaceable hydrogen atoms. Hence, it forms one acid salt and one normal salt. HCL is a monobasic acid. It has only one replaceable hydrogen atom. As a result, it forms only a normal salt.
