A. At high altitude the air pressure decreases, and so the air density also drops. Less dense air means lesser oxygen per unit volume, that is why mountain climbers use oxygen tanks.
B. At mountain top, the pressure outside the body is very less as compared to the pressure of blood in our body. Due to this pressure differenece, nose may start bleeding .
