Solution

The question can be interpretted in two meanings
One jar containing hydrogen gas burns quietly and other jar does not burn
For this the reason is there is no oxygen supply for the combustion. Hydrogen reacts with oxygen to give water. So without oxygen hydrogen will not burn

One jar containing hydrogen gas is burning quiely and other jar does not burn quietly.
This because in the first jar the burning takes place slowly through a small hole. Slow burning of hydrogen does not produce any sound. But in the second jar the hydrogen gas is reacting very violently because of lot of hydrogen release. So we will hear a pop sound or explosion sound in the second jar.
