1) The yellow spot also called the fovea or macula lutea is an oval yellow spot near the center of the retina of the human eye. It is specialized for seeing things with the highest clarity or visual acuity.
2) Chordae tendinea are thread-like bands of fibrous tissue which attach on one end to the ends of the tricuspid and bicuspid valves of the heart and on the other end to the papillary muscles. They anchor these valve to the heart.
3) The eustachian tube is a canal that connects the middle ear to the nasopharynx, which consists of the upper throat and the back of the nasal cavity. It controls the pressure within the middle ear, making it equal with the air pressure outside the body.
