If the genotype is RRyyrrYY then the gamete formed will be RrYy (heterozygous) and self hybridisation between two such plants will result in the phenotypes as shown in the Punnett square in the ratio of 9:3:3:1 for round yellow, round green, wrinkled yellow and wrinkled green respectively.
