Open in App
Solution

Malleability is the physical property of metals by which they can be shaped into thin sheets without cracking.

  1. Metals such as silver (Ag), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), etc. expand when hammered and pressed.
  2. Aluminium is very malleable and that is why we use it as aluminium foil to wrap our food.
