• Constituency-To ensure proper governance, states are divided into segments called Assembly Constituencies. A particular area which elects a representative is known as the Constituency.
• Legislative Assembly- It is the place where representatives from various assembly constituencies meet, discuss issues and make laws for the citizens.
• MLAs-The elected representatives from the assembly constituencies are known as Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs).
