Differences:
  1. Brazil is the fifth most populated country in the world while India is the second most populated country.
  2. In Brazil, the density of population is approx. 23 persons per sq. km. while in India it is 382 persons per sq. km.
  3. Most of the people in Brazil are settled around the area within 300 km of the eastern coastal plain in India the population is not concentrated in any specific region.
Similarities:
  1. The distribution of population in Brazil and India is not even.
  2. In both countries the dense forest areas are less populated.
