Dual polity
Separation of powers
Single judiciary
Solution:
Indian Constitution is a federal Constitution comprising of strong Central Government and subsidiary local governments existing side by side.
Federal system follows Dual Polity where the powers are divided between the Central and State Governments which was borrowed from the American Constitution.
Judicial, Legislative and Executive powers are assigned to states. The laws are made in State list by state, Union List by Centre and on Concurrent List by the both bodies.
There is a single Judiciary, common fundamental laws and a common all India civil service to avoid chaos in federal states.
