Solution:
  • Indian Constitution is a federal Constitution comprising of strong Central Government and subsidiary local governments existing side by side.​
  • Federal system follows Dual Polity where the powers are divided between the Central and State Governments which was borrowed from ​the American Constitution.​
  • Judicial, Legislative and Executive powers are assigned to states. The laws are made in State list by state, Union List by Centre and on Concurrent List by the both bodies.​
  • There is a single Judiciary, common fundamental laws and a common all India civil service to avoid chaos in federal states.
