Biotic components:
The term biotic means life, it includes plants, animals, and microorganisms. Biotic components are further classified as producers and consumers.
Energy components:
All organisms in the biosphere use energy to work and convert one form of energy into another. The Sun is the ultimate source of energy for the biosphere.
