Political violence is deliberate use of power to achieve political goals. The forms of political violence are:
1) Terrorism: It is violence perpetrated by non-state actors against civilians in order to achieve a political goals. Its cause is to attain hold of the government in accordance with the propaganda of the non-state actors.
2) Ethnic Conflict: when people belonging to a faith, religion or culture go against the community of other religion, caste, culture, the conflict so arises incites violence in the form of riots, killings etc. Most of these incidents are facilitated by political actors to divide people in to turn on each other for their political interest.
3)Rebellion- This is the kind of violence showed by people who have lost their faith in existing system. They combine with other people having similar ideology and wage war against the governments. The separatist, and domestic terrorism are the aggravated forms of the rebellion
