The receipt of a lorry is given by the goods’ carrier whenever the goods are delivered by road. The receipt shall contain details concerning the name and address of the courier, the identity of the consignor, the date of booking of the goods for carriage, the name of the consignee, the title of the place of origin and destination, the description of goods, the quantity of parcels, their total weight and freight costs.
