Explain,why a single pure product is obtained from hydroboration oxidation of 2-butyne whereas two isomeric products are obtained from hydroboration oxidation of 2-pentyne?

2-butyne is a symmetrical molecule. Hence, its hydroboration oxidation will give only one product.
On the other hand, 2-pentyne is unsymmetrical molecule. Its hydroboration oxidation will give two different products.
