Reason:
During heavy rains and thunderstorm, often thunderstorm is accompanied by lightning .
Lightning is an electric discharge from cloud which can travel through metallic rod of the umbrella.
Because of this, the person carrying umbrella may experience electric shock.
Hence it is not safe to raise an umbrella during thunderstorm.
