Explain with examples : Micronutrients

Micronutrients are the nutrients needed in the body in the small amount, They are of two types - minerals and vitamins. They play important role in human life cycle including regulation of metabolism, heartbeat, cellular PH and bone density. Lack of micronutrients various diseases can occur like scurvy (lack of vitamin C), rickets (lack of vitamin D) etc.
Example of minerals: Zn, Mo etc.
Example of vitamins: Vitamin A, B, C, D, E and K.
