Given: $\frac{5}{8}$

(i) For numerator to be $15$, the numerator of $\frac{5}{8}$ should be multiplied by $3$. But we know that if we multiply numerator of a fraction/ration number by any number, we have to multiply the denominator by the same number as well.

$\therefore \frac{5}{8}\times \frac{3}{3}=\frac{15}{24}$

(ii) For numerator to be $-10$, the numerator of $\frac{5}{8}$ should be multiplied by $-2$. But we know that if we multiply numerator of a fraction/ration number by any number, we have to multiply the denominator by the same number as well.

$\therefore \frac{5}{8}\times \frac{-2}{-2}=\frac{-10}{-16}$
