$\Rightarrow \frac{1}{2}x+\frac{1}{2}y-\frac{1}{6}=0$

Compair with $ax+by+c=0$ we get

$a=\frac{1}{2}$ ,$b=\frac{1}{2}$ and $c=-\frac{1}{6}$
