We have,
$5 (2 x - y) + 3 y + 4 y - 7 = a x + b y + c$

$10 x - 5 y + 3 y + 4 y - 7 = a x + b y + c$

$10 x + 2 y - 7 = a x + b y + c$

On comparing both sides, we get
$a = 10, b = 2, c = - 7$

Hence, this is the answer.
