Expressing rational number in pqform , where pandq are integers and q0 :-

Let , x=0.0032¯=0.00323232..... --(1)

Multiplying both sides by 100, we get

100x=0.3232...=0.32¯ --(2)

Multiplying equation(1)both sides by 10000, we get

10000x=32.3232...=32.32¯ --(3)

If we subtract 0.32¯ from 32.32¯, the repeating portion of the decimal cancels out.
Subtracting(2) from (3), we get

10000x-100x=32.32¯-0.32¯9900x=32x=329900x=82475

Hence , the rational number 0.0032¯ in the form pq , where pandq are integers and q0 is 82475.
