The two consecutive integers are $\mathrm{n}$ and $(\mathrm{n}+2)$

Now, the sum of two consecutive integer is $\mathrm{n}+(\mathrm{n}+2)$

Hence, the sum of two consecutive odd integers is $\mathrm{n}+(\mathrm{n}+2)$.
