Step 1: The least common denominator (LCD) of $2$ , $4$ and $8$ is $8$ . Make the denominator as $8$ for all the fractions.
$\frac{3}{8} = \frac{3 \times 1}{8 \times 1} = \frac{3}{8}$ ;
$\frac{1}{4} = \frac{1 \times 2}{4 \times 2} = \frac{2}{8}$ ;
$\frac{5}{2} = \frac{5 \times 4}{2 \times 4} = \frac{20}{8}$
Step 2: Now each fraction has the same denominator $8$ . Arrange the fractions in descending order by arranging numerators in descending order.
$\frac{20}{8}$ , $\frac{3}{8}$ , $\frac{2}{8}$
