The given rational number is 0.6¯=0.666...

Assume that x=0.666 ....(1)

Then, 10x=6.666 ....(2)

So, on subtracting (1) from (2)

10xx=(6.6666..)(0.66666..)

. 9x=6

. x=69

. x=23

Hence, x is in the form pq, where p and q are integers and q0.

Therefore, the given rational number can be expressed as 23.
