On comparing this equation with $ax+by+c=0$, we get,
$a=-2,b=3andc=-6$

$\left(iii\right)x=3y$
$\Rightarrow x-3y=0$
On comparing this equation with $ax+by+c=0,$ we get,
$a=1,b=-3andc=0$
