On comparing this equation with $ax+by+c=0$, we get,

$\left(ii\right)x=3y$
$\Rightarrow x-3y=0$
On comparing this equation with $ax+by+c=0,$ we get,
$a=1,b=-3andc=0$
$\left(iii\right)5=2x$
$\Rightarrow -2x+0y+5=0$
On comparing this equation with $ax+by+c=0,$ we get,
$a=-2,b=0andc=5$
