On comparing this equation with $ax+by+c=0,$ we get,
$a=3,b=0andc=2$

$\left(iii\right)y-2=0$
$\Rightarrow 0x+y-2=0$
On comparing this equation with $ax+by+c=0$, we get,
$a=0,b=1andc=-2$
