Open in App
Solution

The isosceles triangle is a triangle in which two sides are equal and one side is unequal.

Length of each the equal side of the given triangle =k

Length of the unequal side of the given triangle=l

The perimeter of an Isosceles triangle = the sum of both equal sides and an unequal side.

The perimeter of an isosceles triangle=k+k+l

Thus, the perimeter of the given isosceles triangle

p=2k+l.
