Algebraic Expression:- An algebraic expression is made up of variables and numbers by performing some operations like addition, subtraction , multiplication and division, etc.

Let the number be x

Performing Addition of 4 we get x+4

Performing multiplication of 2 we get 2.(x+4)

Performing multiplication and making twice we get 2.2.(x+4)

Hence, 4.(x+4) is the required expression
