Solution

The correct option is C {1,2,5,10,17,20}
f(x)=|x2+1|

So, f(2)=f(2)=5,f(0)=1,f(1)=2,f(3)=10,f(4)=17
So, the range of the given function ={1,2,5,10,17}
Set B can be any set which contains all the elements of the range. i.e. Set B can be any set which is the superset of the set (or equal to the set) containing all the elements of range.
From the given options B={1,2,5,10,17,20}
