We have,
$p^{2} q r + p q^{2} r + p q r^{2} + (- 3 p q^{2} r - 2 p q r^{2})$
$= p^{2} q r + p q^{2} r + p q r^{2} - 3 p q^{2} r - 2 p q r^{2}$
On combining the like terms,
$= p^{2} q r + p q^{2} r - 3 p q^{2} r + p q r^{2} - 2 p q r^{2} = p^{2} q r - 2 p q^{2} r - p q r^{2}$
