g(f(x))=[x] , f(g(x))=[x] .
Hence f(g(x))=g(f(x))
For x<0 , f(x)=x,g(x)1

Since x is negative, g(f(x))f(g(x)) (Equality will hold true for integral values, while for non-integral values the difference would be 1)
