In function f(π3), x if greater than 0
f(x)=cos2x

f(π3)=cos2π3

f(π3)=(12)2=14 ----- ( 1 ).

In function f(π2), x is less than 0.

So, f(x)=sin2x

f(π2)=sin2(π2)

f(π2)=(1)2=1 ------- ( 2 )
From ( 1 ) and ( 2 ),
f(π3)+f(π2)=14+1=54
