f(x)=sin(x)|sec(x)|+cos(x)|cosec(x)|
=sin(x)|cos(x)|+cos(x)|sin(x)|.
Hence
f(x)=0, constant, when sin(x)>0 and cos(x)<0 or cos(x)>0 and sin(x)<0.
