Solution

The correct option is C 362.5

In case of Fabina:

P=12,500

R=12% per annum

T=3years

S.I.=P×R×T100

=12500×12×3100=4500

In case of Radha:

A=P(1+R100)n

=12500(1+10100)3

=12500×110100×110100×110100

=16637.50

Compound interest = Amount (A) - Principal (P)

=16637.5012500

=4137.50

Clearly, Fabina pays more than Radha.

Difference=45004137.50=362.5
