Consider the expression,

2ax+2bxayby....(i)

Taking 2x common from first two terms and y common from last two terms of expression (i), we get

=2x(a+b)y(a+b)...(ii)

Taking (a+b) common from expression (ii), we get

(a+b)(2xy)

2ax+2bxayby=(a+b)(2xy)

Therefore, the factors of 2ax+2bxayby are (a+b) and (2xy).
