Factorize the polynomial
$9 x^{2} y^{2} - 16 = {(3 x y)}^{2} - {(4)}^{2}$
using identity $a^{2} - b^{2} = (a + b) (a - b)$
$9 x^{2} y^{2} - 16 = (3 x y + 4) (3 x y - 4)$
Hence, the factors of $9 x^{2} y^{2} - 16$ are $(3 x y + 4)$ and $(3 x y - 4)$ .
