Solution

The correct option is D 2,3,1
Let f(x)=x3+2x2x6
We find the first zero by hit and trial method
So Put x=1
f(1)=1+2+56=0
So (x+1) is a factor of f(x)
Dividing f(x) by (x+1) we get
p(x)=x2+x6
Factorising p(x)
p(x)=x2+3x2x6p(x)=x(x+3)2(x+3)p(x)=(x2)(x+3)
f(x)=(x+1)p(x)
f(x)=(x+1)(x2)(x+3)
So the zeroes are x=1,2,3
Option D is correct.
