(i) H.C.F. of $24x^3$ and $36x^{2}y$ is $12x^2$.

∴ $24x^3-36x^{2}y=12x^2\left(2x-3y\right)$

(ii) H.C.F. of $10x^3$ and $15x^2$ is $5x^3$.

∴ $10x^3-15x^2=5x^2\left(2x-3\right)$

(iii) H.C.F. of $36x^{3}y$ and $60x^2{y}^{3}z$ is $12x^{2}y$.

∴ $36x^{3}y-60x^2{y}^{3}z=12x^{2}y\left(3x-5y^{2}z\right)$
