On grouping the terms , we get
$= (15 x y - 9 x) - (25 y - 15)$
$= 3 x (5 y - 3) - 5 (5 y - 3)$
$= (5 y - 3) (3 x - 5)$
Hence, the answer is $(5 y - 3) (3 x - 5)$
