here it must be..
(X+3)^2+p^2+2p(X+3)
..I consider the correct one.

Let x+3=y
Then the equation becomes,
=y+p^2+2py

now by using formula (a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab

(y+p)^2

[(x+3)+p]^2

(x+3+p)^2 (answer)
