The correct option is C $(x + y) (x - y - 6)$
$x^{2} - y^{2} - 6 x - 6 y$
$= (x + y) (x - y) - 6 (x + y)$ (Using $a^{2} - b^{2} = (a + b) (a - b)$ )
$= (x + y) (x - y - 6)$
